ChatGPT for Product-led Growth
How you can use AI and ChatGPT for your product-led growth strategy
I know, I know. You probably cannot even stand hearing the word “AI” or “ChatGPT.” But one thing is for sure —we'll never know how to better utilize these technologies if we don't put up with them.
AI implementation in Google, Bing, Microsoft, ChatGPT, and everything…
It would be a pity if we don’t spend time pushing its limits —I can't help myself but see how it can impact PLG completely by allowing companies to identify users’ behavioral signals, provide personalized support, and work on various behavioral metrics in real-time.
AI for analyzing user data and identifying PQLs
The problem wasn’t that we didn’t have user data; we had, in fact, too much data. The problem was making sense of all the different data.
AI-powered tools are now helping you process and analyze user data and identify patterns and trends that indicate PQL behavior. The process still needs a little touch, but in the near future, I believe we’ll just lean back and watch what is happening.
“Many people told us that coming up with the PQL criteria was the hard part. Our tool would be useless if customers didn't solve that problem first.” Nathan Wang Liao Yinan, the Head of GTM at HeadsUp.
ChatGPT for in-app user support
In-app support has already been powered with chatbots and automated flows, but the AI revolution changed the game radically. It has become a cost-effective and efficient solution with 24/7 availability, scalability, and customization.
To use ChatGPT for in-app user support, you can integrate the model into your app using an API or SDK provided by OpenAI or a third-party vendor like Cognigy.
Two months ago, Philipp Heltewig, the CEO & Co-Founder of Cognigy, announced that they integrated GPT into Cognigy.
“Everyone talks about ChatGPT. And while they did, we hustled to integrate GPT into Cognigy. Real product. No smoke and mirrors. The future of customer service.”
ChatGPT for automating tasks and improving product functionality
Microsoft quietly announced JARVIS, and it is on the way to becoming a powerful framework that combines ChatGPT and machine learning models from Hugging Face to break down complex tasks and solve them using machine learning models.
JARVIS can be used to support PLG by providing a personalized and efficient customer experience, automating tasks, and improving product functionality.
These solutions are not the first and won’t be the last... The opportunities will continue expanding, and you should know that ChatGPT is not just for creating a poem but for poetic solutions for your PLG strategy :)
Cheers from the PLG Stack team, and see you next month with new ideas!
